The above quote offers good advice to live by. We can all relate to sitting in a classroom (at the back if you were a bit of a rebel), and being able to almost feel tangible waves of knowledge eagerly lapping at our consciousness. It doesn’t matter how hard our teachers tried, sometimes the information just didn’t go in. A satisfied team also has the potential to offer a major secondary benefit. Studies have been undertaken to demonstrate the direct correlation between high job satisfaction and low absenteeism, so a satisfied team really can be the difference between surviving and thriving.
