It has come to our attention that over the last few months, a number of clients have experienced problems with our phone line quality. The issue arose as our telephones rely on the bandwidth of our broadband, which hasn’t been functioning sufficiently due to a BT technical fault. Our broadband provider has now resolved this fault and our phone lines are back up to their usual good quality.
Communication is at the heart of our business, which is why we’ve taken this issue very seriously. It is frustrating that it took some time to resolve. We would like to take this opportunity to thank those who highlighted the problem, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
