We have been trading now for one month under the new name of CO1 Factory Outlet. Sales have doubled since we applied the new name and branding to the store. Customers have commented on how the logo and branding makes the store appear much more professional. I feel that this gives customers more confidence in shopping with us. Since using the new name and branding we have seen a lot of new customers who had never been to the store before.

As you have done work for me on various occasions over the last couple of years you clearly understand what I expect, as from a fairly open and undefined brief you managed to hit the nail on the head with this one. So all in all, I am very happy with the branding and the new image you designed for the store. I would like to thank you and your team very much.
