Do I have to pay for an marketing & graphic design meeting?
We do not charge for an initial marketing & graphic design consultation unless there is a cost agreed in advance. We recognise that people do business with people and encourage you to come and meet us for an initial chat to see if there is a connection.

Can I just drop in to see you if I am in Sudbury and passing?
Regrettably all marketing & graphic design meetings must be booked in advance although we do encourage people to come and see us. If you do find yourself in Sudbury and haven't booked a meeting in advance why not telephone to see if we can fit you in at short notice.

I have a very limited budget and don’t want to waste your time but don’t know what marketing & graphic design will cost, how can I find out?
We are always happy to meet for an informal chat about your needs and will give you an idea of likely costs. Often if your marketing & graphic design budget is very limited we can try to find an appropriate solution that will fit your budget. If you are a start-up, a charity, community group or social enterprise then we will offer you a preferential rate for your marketing & graphic design anyway.

I have a clear idea of what I need but don’t have the time to do it, can you help?
This is a great scenario for us as it means that we get a clear brief and will act as your outsourced marketing & graphic design department. We can do this on either an ongoing retained basis or ad hoc.

Will I have to pay a monthly marketing & design retainer?
Our on-going clients will often elect to pay a monthly marketing & graphic design retainer as this offers them a preferential rate whilst others will pay for their marketing & graphic design on an ad hoc basis based on an hourly rate. It is entirely up to the client.

Do you specialise in a particular sector?
