It’s that time of year again! It’s digital marketing bootcamp time for the Essex branch of the Chartered Institute of Martketing. We’re getting ready to speak at the upcoming event on 17th May at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford. It’s shaping up to be a terrific day, and will cover customer profiling, online PR and content strategy – so there’s something in there for large and small organisations alike.
Our very own Hannah Marshallsay, Client Lead, will be kicking off the bootcamp and will be speaking about profiling customer groups. A digital marketing strategy has to start with the different types of customers and markets you’re targeting. Customer profiling and segmentation can be based on a range of data including demographics, life-stage, behaviour in response and purchase, multi-channel behaviour and psycho-graphic ‘personas’. We will be explaining how you can acquire and use these insights to design the best experience for your website users.
Hannah joined our team last year, having worked at Dunnhumby with Tesco.com for 10 years. Hannah is a customer engagement specialist with in depth experience of developing customer growth strategies within the digital field. Her role at Mackman is to support the growing provision of strategic marketing services by providing clients innovative, integrated marketing solutions.
