We are a corporate branding and logo specialist based in Sudbury with branding and logo design services covering mainly the Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire areas.

We have a strong track record of refreshing branding and logos as well as generating new brands and logos. Our branding and logo team create custom corporate identity solutions according to your needs.

It is important that your brand imagery matches the quality of your products and/or services.  There are many instances when the branding undermines rather than underpins the standing of an organisation.  We add value to your brand by delivering clear messages to your various target audiences.

Sometimes we refresh a brand rather than completely rebranding.  Perhaps your branding or logo simply need a polishing to ensure that they are right for your organisation today.  We can discuss this option in the early stages and advise the most suitable branding approach for your organisation.

FAQs

Are branding and a logo the same thing?
There is a common misconception that branding and logos are the same things but this is not the case. Your logo is not your brand, your logo is a visual mark designed to represent your brand.  Your brand is a blend of attributes that seek to differentiate your service, product or company.

Once you have created our new brand and logo how do I ensure that the new branding and logo are consistently presented?
Maintaining consistency in the presentation of branding and corporate logo is a common problem. Larger brand names have whole departments dedicated to ensuring that the brand is not diluted by the adaptation or “butchering” of a logo or interpretation of a brand. Before you employ a department to control your brand and logo there is another step you should take.

The publishing of brand guidelines will ensure that the information on how your branding and logo should be presented is widely available. Brand guidelines include information such as logo colour pantone references, the amount of space that should sit around your logo, acceptable fonts to be used with branding and much more.

The Mackman Group branding team is adept at supplying practical brand guidelines that ensure that you maintain control of your branding and logo.

Do you apply the new branding and logo to our stationery?
Once you are happy with the development of your branding we will apply it to your corporate stationery and also supply a copy of your logo in electronic format.

How do I set up a professionally branded email footer in Microsoft Outlook 2003

Branded emails with your logo as a footer will add a professional touch to your emails but setting them up can be a real pain. Often you will end up with a red X instead of the logo or image. Here is a quick guide to setting them up:

First you will need to create the graphic, we will supply this to you if you are one of our branding or logo clients as standard. Once you have your branded email footer graphic, go to Tools and click options. Click Mail format and then Signatures.

Click Edit. Right click in the empty area and click add image. Click OK and thats it! You now have your very own branded email signature in Outlook.

What is sucessful branding?
Successful branding differentiates your brand from the brands of your competitors. Effective branding helps to ensure that the buyer believe that there is no organisation, product or service quite like yours. Branding is so important in the buyer decision-making process, as it provides a short cut to identifying professional services with high value. The more distinctive the brand, the less likely a client will accept a substitute; the Mackman Group ensures that your brand messages are effective.
