Mackman Research has been awarded a mystery shopper contract with global engineering company, Atkins. We are pleased to offer our mystery shopper service to the highly regarded highways and operations division, who run a control call centre in Birmingham. Mackman Research has employed its team of expert researchers who are always ready to take up the challenge of a mystery shop. For this project, our researchers will be making secret calls to assess four elements of customer service and client satisfaction. We look forward to delivering a complete investigative report in the next few weeks.
