Business Link – Mackman Research is an approved consultant on the National Business Link Consultants Register (NBLCR). The NBLCR provides a framework for review of assessment and requires that we operate within the Business Link Customer Care Policy and Small Business Service Code of Professional Conduct. Mackman Research is therefore approved to provide marketing and research consultancy to Business Links and their customers across the country.

Data Protection – Our methods strictly conform to the legal requirements as stated in the Data Protection Act 1998. As such researchers are overt in their introductions and purposes. Subject anonymity is maintained throughout the process of data collection and research loyalties are consistent.

We do not hold ISO9001 accreditation but have set up the company with the intention of achieving accreditation in the longer term. As such we have a quality manual that outlines company quality standards and have systems in place to ensure that these standards are achieved on an on-going basis. Our expectation is to achieve BS7911 during 2008.
